Tell us about your family.

My husband, Gregg, and I are blessed with three boys, two daughters-in-law, and three beautiful grandchildren who all live in the same area!  I also have lots more extended family who live very close by.

What were you like as a child?

I grew up as a tomboy on a farm.  My worst sport was gymnastics, and my best was skiing.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work, my favorite thing to do is enjoy the beautiful waterways in Citrus County.  Kayaking, scalloping, and red fishing are some of my happiest adventures!

What was your first teaching job?

My first job teaching was in Marion County, Florida, with high school students who were expelled from public school.  I taught Typing .... on MANUAL typewriters!

What do you most enjoy about your job?

I became a believer in Jesus Christ at 30 years of age, literally on my knees.  I love SRCS because I am free to share my brokenness and redemption daily.

What do you love about SRCS?

I have worked and worshipped at Seven Rivers for over two decades.  It is a true community of broken believers who are a privilege to walk through life with.  Godly mentors speaking into my marriage and the lives of my children have made all the difference for me.
